Mcconnellsburg, Pa. — JLG Industries, a subsidiary of Oshkosh Truck Corp., recently announced that it has opened its fourth major U.S. ServicePlus Center to provide local aftermarket support for JLG customers in California, Nevada and Arizona. JLG's newest customer support center, located in Riverside, about 60 miles east of Los Angeles, provides equipment service, mobile tech support, parts stocks and used equipment for JLG equipment rental and distribution customers. Customers can also schedule operator, service and product training classes at the center.

This new facility is a key component of JLG's strategy to provide a full spectrum of life-cycle-enhancing services for its customers in convenient locations.

“Our customers tell us that the ability to extend the life cycle of their equipment is critical to enhancing their business, so we're pleased that our fourth ServicePlus location offers a full spectrum of aftermarket products and services,” said Joe Dixon, JLG's global vice president and general manager for ServicePlus. “This new facility allows JLG to expand the availability of our services and support and enhance our responsiveness to help our customers extend equipment life, decrease their operating costs and increase equipment uptime.”
