Harbour Group has acquired Landa Inc., a Camas, Wash.-based manufacturer of pressure washers, parts and recycling systems with annual worldwide sales of about $45 million. Terms were not disclosed.

"[Harbour] is a strong owner that has the resources to facilitate our growth, both internally and externally," said Andrew Gale, who remains president of Landa. Founder and CEO Larry Linton has retired.

St. Louis-based Harbour has acquired several equipment manufacturers over the past three years, including Landa competitor Hotsy Corp. last year. Earlier this year, the company sold paint sprayer maker Titan Tool, which it acquired in 1997, to the Wagner Group.

Harbour may attempt to take its collection of companies public in the near future, according to a source. Harbour CEO Sam Fox could not be reached for comment.
