VINELAND, N.J. — Joe and Ken Pustizzi, owners of Vineland, N.J.-based Trico Equipment, energetically denied a published report that the company is rumored to be on the selling block.

“Ken and I own 100 percent of this company and we plan on keeping it that way,” co-owner Joe Pustizzi told RER. “We considered selling the company three or four years ago, but we decided against it. In fact, we are aggressively growing our aerial lift division and have added branches in Allentown, Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Cincinnati within the last 12 months.”

Trico, No. 55 on the RER 100, is one of the largest independent rental companies on the East Coast, and one of the leading independent aerial specialists in the United States.
