Charlie and Josh Trelease recently opened the doors to their new company Tiger Equipment, based in Rocky Mount, Va. Tiger's light construction product line will include rammers, plates, walk-behind rollers, concrete saws, trowels, concrete and mortar mixers, engine-driven pumps and generators. Charlie Trelease headed international sales at Stow Manufacturing, was regional sales manager and director of product support for Dynapac, and most recently was president and CEO of Belle Group. Josh, who has an MBA in marketing, was a project manager for EDS and most recently was national sales manager for Belle. They decided to form their own company, partnering with manufacturer Tacom.
