RSC Continues Expansion

RENTAL EQUIPMENT REGISTER STAFF

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Rental Service Corp. recently acquired six companies with a combined trailing 12-month revenue of about $6.9 million. The companies operated a total of 10 locations in Arizona, Kansas, Missouri, Ohio and Oklahoma.

Said RSC president and chief operating officer Douglas Waugaman: "RSC will continue to do strategic acquisition to help us grow in adjacent markets."

Among the acquisitions were: Tri-Rental Sales and Services, Eagle Equipment Rental and Supply, P.C. Rentals d.b.a. Collins Rentals, Rental Center, Tractor's Inc. and Four Seasons Rental and Sales.

The Scottsdale, Ariz.-based RSC, a division of Atlas Copco, was No. 3 on the RER 100.
