RentOnTheDot Acquires Systematic Computer Services

Vancouver, British Columbia-based RentOnTheDot Inc., a Web enabling software provider focused on supplying solutions to the construction and industrial rental/dealership industries, acquired Systematic Computer Services Corp., Guelph, Ontario.

The two companies will bring together 40 years of rental industry experience and 25 years of ERP, systems management experience.

“This is an exciting time for our companies as we see the emergence of a software organization that combines a comprehensive Web and software offering to the rental industry,” says Willie Swisher, president and CEO of RentOnTheDot.
