Rental Center Owner Phil Blower Dies

SANTA ANA, Calif. - Phil Blower, owner of longtime Duke Blowers Equipment Rentals, based here, died last month of an apparent heart attack. He was 62.

Mr. Blower - whose motto was, "If it ain't broke, rent it" - took over the rental company from his father, Duke, who founded the company in 1932 with an emphasis on trailer rentals.
