PRIME ENERGY ANNOUNCES SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH ATLAS COPCO COMPRESSORS

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Prime Energy announced recently that it will outsource its service repair business to Atlas Copco Compressors.

More than 10 Atlas Copco Compressors service centers across the United States, as well as two workshops in La Porte, Texas, and Covington, Ga., formerly owned by Prime Energy, will service the rental fleet.

The repair service outsourcing strategy is in line with our business plan to focus on our core business of industrial rental, specifically for oil-free air and temperature control applications, said Horst Wasel, Prime Energy vice president.

Prime Energy is a brand within Rental Service Corp., which is No. 2 on the RER 100.
