Ponca City, Okla. — Pioneer Equipment Rental, co-owned by John and Larry Redwine, completed the acquisition of the assets of Durant Rental Center, Durant, Okla., on Dec. 20, 2007.

John Redwine commented, “We're very pleased to complete this acquisition,” said John Redwine. “Durant is a dynamic community with excellent civic leadership. We're really looking forward to contributing to the community's continued growth.”

Larry Redwine added, “Durant is a model community for Pioneer to serve. Our goal is to offer a broad range of quality equipment and combine that with exceptional customer service to ensure that suburban and mostly rural markets, such as Durant, have all the necessary resources for growth.”

Pioneer has been ranked in the RER 100 three of the past four years. The company now has nine locations in Ponca City, Stillwater, Shawnee, Newcastle, Chickasha, Lawton, Enid, Durant and Denton, Texas. Pioneer also offers sales, parts and service in a number of equipment and construction product lines.
