New Holland Buys

RENTAL EQUIPMENT REGISTER STAFF

New Holland, Amsterdam, has expanded its presence in the Argentina market by acquiring its agricultural equipment distributor there.

The company has purchased all shares of Inchcape Argentina S.A., and its operating subsidiary Agrotecnia S.A., from Inchcape Motors plc. The new company will be known as New Holland Argentina S.A. and will operate through a network of more than 50 dealers throughout the country.
