Multiquip Acquires Sanders Saws

Mulitquip Inc., Carson, Calif., acquired the outstanding shares of Sanders Saws Inc., Honey Brook, Pa. The companies formed a strategic alliance in January 2000.

Sanders will continue to provide blades to concrete cutting professionals. Multiquip intends to expand and grow its business by offering a line of diamond products and saws through its established rental and dealer groups.

Bob Priest will continue as president and CEO of Sanders. Operations will continue from the Honey Brook location.
