The new bucket sweeper from Sweepster allows quick removal of the broom to use the heavy-duty bucket for general loader functions. Designed to work at flows of 15 to 40 gpm, the new multipurpose attachment can be used on any large loader with the required flow. Models are available in 84-, 96- and 108-inch sweeping widths with 26- or 32-inch brush diameter.

Features include a quick change core design for a fast and easy brush change without disconnecting hoses; storage stands to enhance brush life; brush adjustment to compensate for brush wear; heavy-duty caster that keeps the brush closely following sweeping path contour; and no special chains or cylinder connections needed. Loaders without quick attach systems can have sweeper function with quick attach of broom to bucket. An optional 18-inch diameter gutter broom features quick-release pins for use on right or left side of hopper. Sprinkler system and flow divider upgrades are also available.

“The combination of general-purpose bucket and quick attach sweeper head gives the rental yard the ability to add versatility to loaders without quick attach systems,” says Jim Koch, product manager. “The rental yard can provide a sweeper for the loader without requiring a quick attach system or the long job of removing the attaching pins from a standard bucket.”
