Muller to Cease Operations; D&G to Serve Northeast Base

Concrete-working equipment manufacturer Muller Machinery is discontinuing operations and will soon announce a sale of its assets, RER has learned. Muller officials would not discuss details of the pending sale.

Douglas Butler, who served Muller's Northeast customer base for more than 10 years, has formed D&G Equipment Co. to continue supplying dealers and contractors with roofing, paving and light construction equipment.

D&G will occupy Muller's former South Hackensack warehouse and offices, according to Butler, owner and president.
