JLG To Unveil New Telehandler Line

McConnellsburg, Pa.-based JLG Industries announced that it has expanded its line of telescopic material handlers to include a comprehensive family of premium machines designed and CE certified specifically for European markets.

JLG will unveil the new telehandler product line at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2002 trade show to be held in Las Vegas from March 19-23.

The new JLG-engineered telehandlers are based on tooling, designs and other intellectual property for a line of telehandlers developed and field-tested, but never launched, by F. Weyhausen & Co. KG GmbH, a Wildeshausen, Germany-based manufacturer of high-quality wheel loaders and other equipment marketed under the Atlas brand name.

The terms of JLG's transaction with F. Weyhausen & Co. KG GmbH were not disclosed.
