LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Hugg & Hall Equipment recently announced it promoted three of its senior managers to vice president. Tom Ermann will become vice president of parts and service. Ermann has been with the company for 27 years and is based out of the Fort Smith, Ark., office.

Rick Vollmer, a 17-year company veteran, will be vice president of rental. Vollmer is based at the Springdale, Ark., office. Mike Clark was named vice president of finance and administration. Clark has been with the company for more than 20 years and works from the Little Rock office.
