SELMA, Calif. — UpRight Inc. began a major investment program in its rental network with Denver-based HSS RentX as the national rental company invests $25 million in new equipment, facilities and services. The 244 units featured in the deal include 12 different models of rough-terrain scissor lifts and articulated micro-boom lifts.

Deals between HSS RentX, the North American subsidiary of British-based HSS, and UpRight has expanded to other international HSS markets. These fleets extend from the United States to the United Kingdom, Spain and Greece.

“UpRight's total product-service package, plus wide choice of lifts, convinced us that UpRight platforms should be used extensively in our powered-access fleet,” says Carlo Cavecchi, CEO of HSS RentX.
