Grove , Skyjack Agree to Dual Selling Pact

SHADY GROVE, Pa. - Grove Worldwide and Skyjack Inc. reached an agreement in late April allowing Grove to sell Skyjack scissorlifts, the companies announced. The deal also permits Skyjack, of Guelph, Ontario, to sell Grove boomlifts.

Grove Manlift president Joe Danules said the agreement applies to both companies' operations in North America and the Caribbean and is the "first of several" marketing agreements the companies have planned.

The companies reported combined revenues for 1999 of close to $1 billion.
