• Grove eFinance — The eFinance area of the site allows North American customers to submit and receive lease information electronically.
• Used equipment — This section provides an easy-to-use search for used models by type of crane or aerial work platform. Its crane summary list provides model number, year, capacity, hours, price and location.
• Customer Accessible Parts express (CAPX) — The CAPX area gives customers access to parts manuals for their particular crane by serial number and allows the customer to select the parts required. It also provides a shopping list to authorized distributors who can advise customers of part costs and estimate delivery.
• Distributor locator — This section links customers to the nearest distributor and other key sales, service and parts personnel.
