EDCO Products Have Multiple Applications

DS-16 Street Saw More useful than ever for making contraction joints, repairing slabs or cutting asphalt, Edco's dual-arbor DS-16 Street Saw has been redesigned to accommodate 14- to 18-inch diamond blades. A larger screw-type depth control makes it easier to raise and lower the blades for cutting, and design improvements allow belt changes without blade shaft disassembly for uncompromising arbor alignment. The DS-16 retains its heavy-duty box-frame construction for faster cutting and greater durability.

Concrete Grinders For more than 40 years, Edco grinders have been the method of choice to repair damaged slabs, remove deteriorated coatings and prepare surfaces for overlays. Industrial maintenance departments and concrete contractors often employ the grinders to eliminate manufacturing buildups such as rubber, grease, fiberglass and food products, or to return concrete to a smooth, clean, level surface. Edco grinders are available in 11- and 22-inch working widths with a choice of gasoline, propane or electric power.

New 7-Inch Shot Blaster Edco's BE-7 and Vac-100 Shot Blasting System provides a one-stop surface-preparation system that removes, cleans and profiles concrete or metal surfaces in a single pass. It can effectively remove paint, traffic lines, old coatings, dirt, laitance and other contaminants. Self-contained and dust-free, the BE-7 profiles surfaces to accept new coatings at rates of up to 300 square feet per hour.

Portable Paver Saw Edco introduces the GMS-10 Paver Saw. A portable, fast-cutting masonry saw that cuts pavers, brick, and stepping and cultured stone. The GMS-10 was built rugged for long life, but designed lightweight for easy transport. An optional upright folding stand or low-profile rolling cart allows the operator to work at any height. In addition, the saw eliminates electrical cord and power shortage headaches. Other features include a 4-horsepower Honda engine and a 10-inch diamond blade.
