Dressta Forms North American Operating Unit

Buffalo Grove, Ill.-based Dressta Co. Ltd. formed a new operating unit, Dressta North America Ltd., to handle marketing and distribution of Dressta construction equipment in North America. The new unit will market the crawler dozer, wheel loader and crawler loader lines of construction equipment. The Dresser line was formed when International Harvester spun off its construction equipment line in the 1980s.

Dressta Co. Ltd. is a joint venture of Komatsu American International Co., Vernon Hills, Ill., and Huta Stalowa Wola SA, Stalowa Wola, Poland.
