DHG Corp., the parent company of Finn Corp. of Cincinnati, purchased the assets of Express Blower from Rexius Forest By-Products and formed a new company, Express Blower, which will be based in Eugene, Ore.

Both Finn and Express Blower have developed strong brand identities in the pneumatic material blowing market, and combining both companies under DHG will leverage strengths from both organizations as the applications of these machines continues to be expanded. Both Finn and Express Blower will continue to operate as stand alone companies based in Cincinnati and Eugene respectively.

Arlen Rexius, vice president of Rexius Forest By-Products and the originator of the Express Blower technology will continue to be involved in the growth of the new company. He is now a member of DHG's board of directors.
