ATI Global Buys States Engineering

RENTAL EQUIPMENT REGISTER STAFF

ATI Global, a Delhi, Iowa, manufacturer of construction equipment attachments, acquired States Engineering and its McMillen division. Based in Fort Wayne, Ind., McMillen is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic earth auger attachments.

Along with the acquisition, ATI Global has changed its corporate identity to Attachment Technologies Inc. The ATI group now includes Bradco, The Major and McMillen.

Keith Wells, former McMillen president and general manager, will become vice president of sales and marketing for both Bradco and McMillen.
