LAS VEGAS — Most manufacturers participating in last month's Rental Show, put on by the American Rental Association at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, viewed it as a strong buying show. Although show floor attendance seemed to vary hour by hour, a common occurrence at Las Vegas trade shows where off-floor activities tend to attract the interest of many convention attendees, most exhibitors were happy with the level of serious interest and buying, and many exhibitors said the show exceeded expectations.

Show attendance figures were not yet available at press time. Next year's Rental Show will be held in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 6-9, 2006.
