Ameco Lands Williams Group Contract

STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. - Williams Group International, a major East Coast construction contractor, selected Greensville, S.C.-based Ameco as its primary equipment, tool and site-service provider. Stone Mountain, Ga.-based Williams handles about $450 million in projects per year, specializing in construction and maintenance work for the power, petrochemical and paper industries.

The five-year contract will provide Ameco with a significant backlog of work over the next five years.

Ameco, No. 11 on the RER 100, is a business unit of Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based Fluor Corp.
