Alto's Clarke Technology introduces the Encore S20, S20e and L20 power scrubbers. The units' 14-gallon Polydur recovery and solution tanks keep filling and draining to a minimum.

Designed to produce large machine performance in congested areas, the scrubbers leave no teardrops with the Parabolic swing squeegee in tight turns and can be equipped with an optional ESP recycling system for continuous scrubbing. The scrubbers are maneuverable because of the low center of gravity and transaxle powered drive system. Brush motor covers allow the operator to check and maintain it without tools.

“Tight areas that need to be scrubbed can be difficult, but the Encore 20 can maneuver easily and pick up water from scrubbed areas,” says Victor J. Klouse, advertising manager. “These machines are ideal for schools, cafeterias and health care facilities.”

Its options include solution off in neutral, brushes off in neutral and low battery shut down, which allows time to pick up the last bit of water and get to the charging station. The vacuum motor is 1 horsepower with two stage tangential discharge. Accessories are available such as pads, brushes and batteries.
