Generators/Welders

Ingersoll Rand L20 light tower/generator

Doosan Infracore Portable Power

The Ingersoll Rand L20 combination light tower and mobile generator provides a single solution for two important jobsite needs — power and light. The L20 is designed for mining, oil and gas exploration, and a multitude of other environments where there is no reliable power source present. The L20’s lighting system consists of four, 1,000-watt metal halide lamps. The 20-kilowatt generator powers the lighting system and delivers up to 63 amps at 240 volts and 126 amps at 120 volts. The optional AutoLamp uses a built-in photocell to automatically engage the lighting system from dusk until dawn, or until the system’s user-programmable timer shuts off. The AutoLamp feature ensures the lighting system operates only when needed, increasing the lamp life and as much as an 18-percent increase in fuel efficiency.

MTT 20 and MTT 25

Magnum Products

Magnum Products introduces the MTT 20 and MTT 25 diesel-powered mobile combination units, which are a perfect blend of power, light and water supply for large or remote construction sites, a base camp for oil fields and mining. Both models boast a light tower with four, 1,000-watt metal halide lights; 3-section, all-steel mast, extendable to 30 feet; and 360-degree rotation of mast and lights for complete flexible light illumination that is easily operated by one person. A 500-gallon water tank provides ample water supply with multiple fill and dispense areas. The units are powered by an Isuzu liquid-cooled diesel engine and rated at 31.5 hp prime. Fuel tank capacity of 246 gallons supports more than a 5-day maximum run time, saving time and money on the job. The MTT 20 unit has a Marathon single-phase generator, 19kVA at prime. The MTT 25 unit offers a three-phase generator, 15kVA single-phase prime and 23kVA three-phase prime output with lockable three-position phase switch. Both units offer 120 volts GFCI duplex and 240 volts twistlock convenience outlets. The MTT is compact in design, mounted on a heavy-duty double-axle all-steel trailer with 3-inch adjustable pintle ring and surge brakes for easy maneuverability. With proven performance the MTT unit is the ultimate power solution for the greatest return on investment.
