Scaffold equipment and service expert ThyssenKrupp Safway has named Jose Chaumont international sales manager to help grow the company’s global footprint.

The company has 85 branches in North America.

“Few companies have the resources like Safway’s to handle projects of a large magnitude outside of the U.S., especially those that require custom-design scaffolding,” said national sales manager Darrell Domokos.

Chaumont, a 30-year veteran of the scaffolding industry, plans to increase international market share, identify and develop potential clients, and bid on large-scale projects. Chaumont is especially experienced in Mexico, Central America and South America.
