Saudi Arabia will be the site of Saudi PMV 2012, the 3rd annual International Exhibition for Construction Equipment, Plant, Machinery & Vehicles, which organizers say will be a consolidating platform for the country’s heavy equipment rental market, bringing together equipment buyers and contractors with leading manufacturers, producers and distributors.

Saudi Arabia’s growing construction equipment rental market is exceeding $246 million annually, according to analysts for AMEinfo.com. Saudi Arabia is the Middle East’s largest building and construction market with average annual growth of 7.5 percent. Analysts predict the construction equipment sector will sustain an average annual growth of 5 percent for the next five years.

The event will be held November 11-14 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

“Saudi PMV serves as an ideal networking and marketing platform that will gather key figures, decision makers and investors from the global construction industry, specifically those dealing with heavy construction machinery and equipment, including plants, vehicles and machinery,” said Ziyad Al-Rukban, assistant general manager of Riyadh Exhibitions Co.
