RusRental, the research and consulting group providing services to Russian rental companies, has formed a strategic alliance with software service provider Bizsoft Consulting Pty Ltd. under which Bizsoft’s rental software, known as Allocate365, will be offered and promoted to RusRental members from various rental markets including crane and heavy equipment rental. Bizsoft, based in Sydney, Australia, with European headquarters in Avignon, France, specializes in rental software for the operated rental market, which is the dominant business model in Russia.

“We are excited to be working closely with a company like Bizsoft Consulting, which has an established global footprint, a high-profile customer base and has already proven its ability to automate common rental processes and manage business processes in a variety of market segments,” said Nikita Krotkiy, RusRental president. “The niche of specific rental software currently is empty. We get constant requests from rental companies regarding software, but we have had nothing to offer to date. I’m looking for a business partner for the sale and implementation of specialized rental software in Russia. The work includes the translation of software into Russian and its integration with the Russian financial and accounting software. Such a project cannot be possible without the flexibility of the software manufacturer, aimed at strategic approach and joint investment, and not just on the sale of software. We are looking for long-term collaboration.”

Representatives of RusRental and Bizsoft met in Moscow Nov. 22-23 to further develop the relationship and have met with prospective clients.

“This is a very exciting time and opportunity for us to offer our software in a new geographic region and work closely with RusRental,” said Anthony Roche, Bizsoft director and founder. “Our initial discussions have been based around the industry itself in Russia and of course running through Allocate365 to ensure a good fit for the Russian rental market. After discussions with Nikita it was clear that our software, which is currently utilized primarily by companies offering operated rentals in Australia, would closely match the same business processes to companies offering the same services in Russia, which is a very important aspect.”

Directors from both RusRental and Bizsoft have set in place long-term business plans with additional products close to release.
