Ramirent Enters Agreement with Major Norwegian Customer

Ramirent has entered into a new cooperation agreement with one of its largest Norwegian companies, Veidekke, through September 2013, applicable throughout Norway.

Ramirent has entered into a new cooperation agreement with one of its largest Norwegian companies, Veidekke, through September 2013, applicable throughout Norway.

“The negotiations took a long time, but we are now pleased to have reached an agreement,” said Dag Andreson, managing director of Veidekke Entreprenor. “The cooperation model will help both us and the suppliers develop and grow and we are delighted to be able to continue our long-term cooperation with Ramirent.”

“Veidekke is an extremely professional and demanding customer, and we will work together to develop expertise in the area and new progressive solutions,” said Bjorn E.L. Larsen, senior vice president of Ramirent Norway. “Over the course of the coming agreement period, we will be focusing particularly on safety work, and we will do our best to contribute towards minimizing injuries and absence from work within Veidekke’s projects.”

Ramirent, which has about 380 rental branches in 13 countries and is based in Helsinki, Finland, has 50 branches in Norway.
