Linde Sterling Acquires Lancashire Fork Truck Services from Administrator

Lancashire Fork Truck Services, an Oldham, U.K.-based rental company, was acquired by Linde Sterling, based in Warrington, England. LFTS was sold by administrator Charles MacMillan, head of corporate recovery at Manchester-based accounting firm Beever and Struthers, according to online news reports.

The Manchester Evening News reported that the sales of the business saved about 20 jobs.
