Harsco to Supply Rental Scaffolding for Large Latin America Construction Projects

Harsco Corp. announced new orders totaling more than $1 million to support two of the largest construction projects currently underway in Latin America.

Harsco Corp. announced new orders totaling more than $1 million to support two of the largest construction projects currently underway in Latin America.

Harsco will provide rental scaffolding, tower cranes and concrete forming systems for the construction of the Hotel RIU Palace in Matapalo Beach, Costa Rica. The company will also provide rental scaffolding and concrete forming systems to the Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social de Occidente, currently being built in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala.

“Our role in significant projects like these underscores the scale and range of our capabilities and the broad market reach we have established in this region,” said Ivor Harrington, Harsco executive vice president and infrastructure group CEO.
