Harsco Grabs Three International Projects

Worldwide industrial services company Harsco Corp. last week said it won three new international projects totaling more than $1.5 million, including awards in two of Harsco’s newest international markets, Romania and Peru.

Worldwide industrial services company Harsco Corp. last week said it won three new international projects totaling more than $1.5 million, including awards in two of Harsco’s newest international markets, Romania and Peru.

In Romania, Harsco won an order to supply rental concrete formwork during the modernization of Romania’s largest power station, the CET Turceni plant, one of the largest thermal power plants in Europe. Harsco has expanded its presence in Romania to include equipment rental and related engineering support services.

In Peru, Harsco secured its first sales order, supplying formwork and related engineering support to leading construction contractor SSK Montajes e Instalaciones SAC for use in construction of a new water treatment plant.

Harsco’s Patent Construction Systems division, based in Paramus, N.J., is No. 16 on the RER 100.
