Cramo Sells Dutch Division

Helsinki, Finland-based rental company Cramo last week said it has agreed to sell Cramo Nederland BV, its Dutch machinery and rental unit, to Jaston Groep. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Helsinki, Finland-based rental company Cramo last week said it has agreed to sell Cramo Nederland BV, its Dutch machinery and rental unit, to Jaston Groep. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cramo will record a capital gain of about EU 4 million (U.S. $5.3 million) on the sale, enhancing its focus on its core Nordic business and growing operations in central and eastern Europe.

Cramo Nederland had revenue of EU 12.7 million last year.
