Cramo Acquires Norwegian Rental Company

Cramo AS, the Norwegian wholly-owned subsidiary of Helsinki, Finland-based Cramo Plc, last week acquired Norwegian rental company Hamar Liftutleie AS, strengthening its position in the Norwegian rental market, particularly in the area near Ostlandet. Hamar Liftutleie expects revenues of close to U.S. $20 million in 2006.

Hamar Liftutleie expects revenues of close to U.S. $20 million in 2006.

Last month Cramo, formerly known as Rakentajain Konevuokraamo Oyj, acquired UAB Aukstumines Sistemos, the leading Lithuanian access platform rental company.

Cramo operates in 11 central and eastern European countries, with 250 branches, and is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
