Volvo Construction Equipment Rents last week announced the opening of a new independently owned Volvo CE Rents equipment rental in Riverside, Calif.
Cole Equipment, Inc., has opened its first Volvo CE Rents center at 2830 Rubidoux Blvd, Riverside. The Riverside/San Bernardino area is the 10th largest Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the United States and construction spending for 2004 in the area is expected to exceed $9 billion. Growth over the next four years is expected to reach the $10 billion level, creating an expanding demand for equipment rentals by contractors in the area.
The new Riverside rental center will carry, in addition to Volvo construction equipment, a comprehensive line of essential equipment and tools for the construction, commercial, industrial and homeowner markets. Principal Volvo products for its franchised rental centers include its comprehensive line of compact excavators and wheel loaders and the company’s backhoe and skid steer loaders.
The Volvo CE Rents franchise program, designed and developed by Volvo Construction Equipment Rents, Inc., covers all aspects of an operating rental business model. Program features include use of the Volvo brand, financial assistance, a fleet purchasing program for non-Volvo products, a Volvo CE Rents software program, training, facility design and regional and local marketing.
