Stephenson’s Rental Services has added bulk propane filling stations at locations in eastern and western Toronto, the company announced last week. The company increased its propane cylinder fleet 20 percent.

“Stephenson’s now has the infrastructure to better serve our existing customer base while attracting new and larger customers,” said John Flint, general manager of Stephenson’s Heating Solutions, a division of SRS. “This anticipated improvement in cylinder sales leverages our existing branch network.”

Stephenson’s CEO Willie Swisher told RER that the company’s contractor heating business grosses about $6 million annually and is growing.

Based in Mississauga, Ontario, and covering the greater Toronto area, Stephenson’s Rental Services is one of Canada’s largest rental companies and is No. 48 on the RER 100.
