Nov. 26, 2013

Thompson Pump and Manufacturing Co.’s Baltimore-Washington Branch in Jessup, Md., recently relocated to a larger facility at 711 Pittman Road in Baltimore.

The new branch location is situated on 4.6 acres easily accessible from the Baltimore Beltway and features sufficient office space for the growing Thompson Pump staff, as well as ample space for storing and servicing pumps, parts and pumping accessories. The new location will better accommodate the company’s growing customer needs for rentals, sales, parts and service in the Northeast region including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, and portions of New York and New Jersey.

The Baltimore-Washington Branch, one of 21 Thompson Pump branches nationwide, operates under the direction of branch manager Tucker LaMontagne. It provides a full line of Thompson Pump products for sale and rental and the expertise to provide solutions for tough dewatering, bypass and special pumping applications.

“This move is welcomed by our staff,” said Mike Stanzione, Thompson Pump Northeast regional manager. “The new location helps position us to better support our growing business needs and further improve the level of service that we are currently providing to our customers.”

Customers may contact the branch by phone at (410) 799-0451 or fax (410) 799-0454.
