Associated Supply Co., also known as ASCO, held a groundbreaking ceremony recently for its new 16,135-square-foot facility in Tyler, Texas, the Tyler Morning Telegraph reported.

Associated Supply Co., also known as ASCO, held a groundbreaking ceremony recently for its new 16,135-square-foot facility in Tyler, Texas, the Tyler Morning Telegraph reported. The new building will serve as a showroom for new equipment, a rental department, a parts warehouse and a six-bay repair facility.

The building will cost $2.6 million, according to a building permit, the Telegraph reported.

ASCO offers the full line of Case Construction Equipment, including loader backhoes, excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, vibratory compaction rollers, crawler loaders, skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders, rough-terrain forklifts and more.

ASCO, founded in 1960 by Bill Wright, is still owned by second- and third-generation Wright family members.

ASCO has 22 locations in Texas and New Mexico and handles Case, Volvo, Bobcat, JCB, Genie, JLG and other brands.
