Sunbelt Rentals has opened a new location in Richmond, Va., part of its Climate Control Services specialty division. The division offers portable air conditioning, temporary heating and large area dehumidification rental solutions and accommodates a diverse customer base for short- and long-term applications. The division offers air- and water-cooled air conditioners; skid- and trailer-mounted air conditioners; and steam, electric, direct and indirect-fired heaters.
The division’s services include rentals, equipment sales, design engineering, application support, delivery, installation and tear-down. It complements Sunbelt’s existing specialty divisions such as oil and gas, pile driving, pump and power, scaffold and the Industrial Resources Group.
“This new branch expands our capabilities and allows us to further service the southern Virginia market,” said John Murray, vice president of Climate Control Services. “We’re pleased to be able to present our customers with a new convenient location for all of their cooling, heating and dehumidification needs.”
The Richmond, Va., opening brings Sunbelt Rentals’ Climate Control Services locations to 16 nationwide. Additional branches serving Columbus, Ohio, and Houston are scheduled to open in the near future.
Based in Fort Mill, S.C., Sunbelt Rentals is the second-largest equipment rental company in North America.
