Sunbelt Rentals has acquired the assets of Portable Rental Solutions and its sister company, One Source Cooling. Portable Rental Solutions is a specialty rental company providing portable cooling, heating, dehumidifiers and filtration systems through strategic locations in the largest markets in Texas: Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and the Central Texas corridor along I-35.
One Source Cooling, the sales arm of Portable Rental, is the exclusive North American distributor of the Airrex brand of spot coolers, heat pumps and filtration systems. The Stansberry Firm represented Portable Rental and One Source Cooling in the sale.
Industry veteran Austin McCourt founded Portable Rental in 2002, and will remain with Sunbelt for a transition period.
