Snook Ordered to Return Machines to Bomag

Bomag Americas last week filed an order in circuit court directing the Grundy Sheriff’s office to seize a dozen pieces of equipment Bomag claims it owns from Snook Equipment Rental, Morris, Ohio, the Morris Daily Herald reported. According to the complaint, Snook has possession of six vibratory tandem rollers, four vibratory plates and two vibratory single-drum compactors worth $189,163.

The complaint asked that Snook return the equipment or pay for it. Circuit Judge Robert Marsaglia ordered the sheriff’s department to seize the equipment from Snook.
