SafeWorks Hires New Customer Service Manager

Seattle-based SafeWorks LLC recently hired Stan Kalista as its new customer service manager. In this role, Kalista will be responsible for leading and developing customer service teams to assist the Spider branches and Power Climber dealers. He will also manage product support functions while coordinating with sales, marketing, field operations, supply chain and engineering representatives.

Seattle-based SafeWorks LLC recently hired Stan Kalista as its new customer service manager. In this role, Kalista will be responsible for leading and developing customer service teams to assist the Spider branches and Power Climber dealers. He will also manage product support functions while coordinating with sales, marketing, field operations, supply chain and engineering representatives.

“Stan Kalista brings with him over 20 years of experience in both process development and continuous improvement,” said Stan Lubinski, director of field operations. “We welcome Stan to our team and are looking forward to the impact he will have as we further improve our customer service and product support operations.”

Prior to working at SafeWorks, Kalista was manager of logistics and distribution at Tharco Container. In this position, Kalista increased employee productivity by introducing performance techniques to employees, reduced injury claims through better employee involvement and consistently met 24-hour turnaround for 98.7 percent of his shipments.
