Store manager Barry Brown said the 10,000-square-foot retail store and repair shop was completely transformed and that the company will double the store’s $2.1 million inventory during the next 12 months to meet increasing customer demand.

Also, RSC’s Columbia, Mo., location is holding a customer appreciation day on Friday, Sept. 29, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. One of 16 Missouri locations for RSC Equipment Rental, the branch is part of the company's 470-store North American network of locations that offers a complete range of equipment rental for construction and industrial companies, as well as do-it-yourselfers.

"This day will serve as a great opportunity to thank our current customers, and celebrate making it through another hot, busy summer,” said John Senrick, the store's general manager.

The event will feature a complimentary barbecue lunch and door prizes. Vendors will also be on site to offer product information and demonstrations.
