RoadSafe Traffic Systems, a leading provider of traffic control, pavement marking and sign installation products and services, has acquired the traffic control and pavement marking assets of LyndCo., based in Shadyside, Ohio.

RoadSafe has 30 branches in the United States, serving a wide range of industries with traffic control equipment. LyndCo services companies in the heavy highway and gas exploration industries.

“LyndCo has an excellent, 20-plus-year reputation for quality in temporary traffic control and pavement marking operations,” said David Myers, RoadSafe’s executive chairman. “Adding their experienced team to our existing operations enhances RoadSafe’s capabilities in Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and allows RoadSafe to leverage its national footprint to serve the gas exploration industry.”
