Michael Kneeland, CEO of United Rentals; Brendan Horgan, CEO of Sunbelt Rentals; Mike Watts, chairman and founder of Sunstate Equipment Co.; and Andrew Studdert, chairman and CEO of NES Rentals will headline the RER 100 webinar this Thursday, July 19, on the topic of rental penetration. The webinar will be moderated by RER editor Michael Roth.
The webinar will examine the question of whether or not there is a “secular shift” towards preferring to rent rather than purchase equipment on the part of the customer. Participants will also examine the issue of how rental customers’ needs will evolve in the coming years and whether or not the rental industry will be prepared to meet those needs. Kneeland, Horgan, Watts and Studdert will talk about some of the programs their companies are offering going forward.
