RER Participates in Russian Rental Conference

RER will be among the participants in Russia’s first “Construction Plant and Equipment Rent & Hire” conference, to be held in Moscow Dec. 2 and 3. RER editor Michael Roth will make presentations in round-table panels on three topics: Perspective and Forecast for the Russian and International Market Development; Construction Plant and Equipment Market Analysis and Forecasts; and Rental Company Effective Management. The conference is organized by B2B-Rent.

RER editor Michael Roth will make presentations in round-table panels on three topics: Perspective and Forecast for the Russian and International Market Development; Construction Plant and Equipment Market Analysis and Forecasts; and Rental Company Effective Management. The conference is organized by B2B-Rent.

Other panelists will include: Michel Petitjean, secretary general of the European Rental Association; Franco De Michelis, president of the Italian Rental Association; Ted Garrison, construction industry analyst; Larry Kaye, director general of Script International; Scott McCall, area manager for Russian Federation, Baltic states and CIS for Altec Worldwide; Valery Klimenko director of development Ramirent Russia; Nikita Krotkiy, director general of B2B-Rent; and Andrey Sitnikov, editor in chief of Cranes and Access Magazine.

Other round-tables will discuss effective equipment maintenance and operation; specialized rental software, remote depot management and equipment location monitoring; dealing with customer non-payments and equipment theft and personnel recruitment, training and safety regulations. A session will also be held on promoting equipment rental and starting the Russian Rental Association.

The conference will take place at the Marriott Grand Hotel in Moscow.
