Luby Equipment Service, a Case Construction Equipment dealer with a large rental program, has acquired the assets of H Edwards Equipment, which had been the Case dealer for light equipment in the Caseyville, Ill., area for many years. With the acquisition, Luby becomes the authorized Case dealer for Calhoun, Jersey, Randolph, Madison, Monroe and St. Claire countries. The entire staff of H Edwards Equipment, including service, sales and parts personnel, has joined Luby.
H Edwards Equipment had two branches, both of which will be consolidated into Luby’s Caseyville branch.
“With this acquisition, we can sell all models in the Case construction line,” said Bob Luby, president and CEO of Luby Equipment Services. “H Edwards Equipment customers can continue working with their current sales and services contacts. We expect the transition will be very smooth, and we are excited to grow our staff with these new, experienced personnel.”
Earlier this year, Luby Equipment Services was named a Diamond Dealer by Case Construction Services. Luby also represents Doosan, Takeuchi, Dynapac, Allied attachments and more. The company also provides equipment rentals, power generation rentals and has an oilfield division. Based in Fenton, Mo., Luby Equipment Services is No. 110 on the expanded RER 100.
