Lifting Gear Hire Corp. Moves to Larger Washington Warehouse

Lifting Gear Hire Corp., believed to be the U.S.’ largest rental and sales provider of lifting, winching and material-handling equipment, has moved to a larger warehouse in Kent, Wash. LGHC’s new 13,000-square-foot warehouse in Kent is 4,500-square-feet larger than the company’s previous facility.

The building has three dock doors to facilitate loading and unloading of semi trailers, as well as a fenced outside storage yard. The warehouse is centrally located between Seattle and Tacoma, with easy access to I-5, providing reduced delivery time and improved service to customers in the region.

“With a larger facility and storage, it enables LGHC to keep additional rental equipment to better supply our Washington and Oregon customers’ needs,” said Brian Ward, LGHC’s corporate works manager.

Based in Bridgeview, Ill., Lifting Gear Hire Corp. is No. 78 on the RER 100.
