Hawthorne Cat, the exclusive Caterpillar dealer in San Diego and the Pacific region has named Jeff Klohk field service manager. Klohk will be part of the product support department and be based in San Diego, overseeing all field service operations including managing the field service team, all quotes and customer communication for the field.
Klohk previously worked in sales and customer relations with a different heavy equipment manufacturer in San Diego. Klock also worked in product support and construction site management for more than 10 years, as a product design and engineering consultant.
“Jeff’s skillset and extensive industry experience make him the perfect fit for this role as field service manager,” said Paul Kessel, Hawthorne Cat’s general service manager. “His customer relations experience will help us continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience for our customers.
Hawthorne Cat is based in San Diego and has an extensive, long-running rental program.
